Terms & Agreement

I acknowledge and agree that Control Basketball may charge a non-refundable service fee if I cancel my registration at any time.  Furthermore, I understand that my, and/or my child's participation in Control Basketball Sessions involve the risk and dangers of possible serious and permanent bodily injury and death.  I, parent/guardian and participant, hereby release, hold harmless, discharge and agree not to pursue any type of legal charges towards Control Basketball, Michael Hall, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, officials, volunteers, agents, sponsors, advertisers, owners/leasers of premises for any and all liability from my, and/or my child's participation in these and any other related activities.  I understand that my, and/or my child's participation is completely at our own risk.  I also understand that Control Basketball, Michael Hall, retain the right to use for publicity and advertising, photographs and video taken of the participants during sessions.
